Registration fee

Registration fee covers: attendance at all sessions during two congress days and congress materials.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent to the Congress technical secretariat not later than May 15, 2021. After the given deadline no refund is possible. For all cancellations there is a €20.00 fee to cover administration expenses.

In case of unexpected events that could not have been predicted in advance and occur after May 15, 2021, and before the Congress, which can be defined as “Force Majeure” (terrorist attacks, declared state of emergency, explosions, infections, epidemics and other diseases, elementary accidents, etc.), the technical organizer will approve a refund minus the €20,00 fee for administrative expenses.
